Winter Weather Update

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN CITY OF PICAYUNE

All Routes Are Suspended For Tuesday, January 16th.

Our office will be closed on Tuesday January 16th. We will not be running any of our regularly scheduled garbage routes on Tuesday January 16th due to the rain, wintry mix, and freezing temperatures that are forecasted for our area tonight and tomorrow. The safety of our team members is our top priority. Based off the most recent weather update we received, the uncertainty of the road conditions as well as the projected freezing temperatures tomorrow morning and tomorrow afternoon makes it unsafe for our drivers, hoppers and mechanics to be on the road traveling to and from work as well as running any routes. We will not put any of our Team members in harm’s way. Therefore, the adjusted collection schedule for the remainder of the week will be as follows:

1) Customers that are normally serviced 2x per week on Tuesdays and Fridays – you will not be serviced tomorrow – Tuesday January 16th. Your trash will be collected on your next service day which will be Friday January 19th. Please have your cart(s) to the curb on Thursday night or by 5am on Friday morning.

Customers that normally receive garbage service on Thursdays or Fridays will be serviced as normal.

We will be back to normal schedule starting on Monday January 22nd. Our office will resume normal business hours as well.

We apologize if this presents an inconvenience for anyone. This is certainly not our intention. As stated earlier, the SAFETY of our Team members is our top priority. On behalf of our drivers, hoppers, mechanics and staff, we greatly appreciate everyone’s understanding and support.
